In Ngozi’s words  “Stella Maris has had a huge impact on my life. From Stella Maris Primary School through to SMC Life Camp, some of my fondest childhood memories are of myself and friends in Stella Maris. The Proprietress Mrs Uche Anyaene (of blessed memory) or Big Aunty as we fondly called her instilled the principles of hard work, punctuality and accountability into each and every one of us. Being a member of the school’s band with Chuks, Nuel, Patrizio, Tanko led by Mr. Julius was fun but also made me appreciate music. Furthermore, my first leadership responsibility interestingly came from SMC being elected Head Girl. Holding such a position made me ensure that in all that I did, that I remained a role model to my peers and till this day, I attribute my leadership qualities to Stella Maris College. “
